To say that he brings experience, realty knowledge, compassion, and empathy to the table, is an understatement. I had to shop for a house long distance using video conferencing, with Brian. Video conferencing did not scare him at all. He was prompt, and showed up to each address, and videotaped all of the important details. He even narrated his thoughts and opinions. He definitely championed a few investigations into houses, where he was not afraid to say, were not good houses. He has amazing experience on the inner workings of a house, foundation, electric, etc. I felt so secure in that he had my best interest in mind. He was so great with emailing and texting, to let me know where things stood on a prospective property. Additionally, he was so kind to email me viable listings to consider.
